Select the bill payment service
The Digiosk agent opens the BBPS menu and chooses a category — electricity, gas, water, mobile, DTH, credit card and more — then enters the customer's account or bill number.
Fetch the live bill
Digiosk pulls the live bill straight from the selected biller. The amount due and the due date appear on screen, and the customer confirms them before anything is charged.
Complete the payment
The merchant picks the payment method — UPI, wallet or debit card — the customer pays, and the transaction is processed and settled in real time.
Receipt and commission
The merchant hands over a printed or SMS receipt, commission is added to the merchant wallet automatically, and the full transaction record is stored in the merchant portal.
